Everyday Potato Salad

|Boiled potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Add French dressing and let them stand in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
Add the other ingredients.
Mix with mayonnaise or cooked salad dressing.
Serve on lettuce.
Sliced hard-cooked eggs may be added also
