Ming Salad

Ingredients
  Boiled salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 13 Ounce (Plus Juice)
  Diced cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Celery sliced 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Gradually add salad dressing to softened cream cheese.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in pineapple.
Gradually add this mixture to cheese mixture.
Fold in chicken, celery and curry powder.
Chill until firm in a 1 1/2-qt mold or 4 to 6 individual molds.
