Every Day Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, diced
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Chopped red cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumbers 4 Small, sliced in rounds
  Avocado 1 , sliced in thin wedges
  Romaine lettuce 1 , chopped
  Green bell pepper To Taste, diced
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil/Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning/Summer savory 2 Teaspoon
  Hot red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix together all the vegetables in a large bowl.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
Pour over the vegetables and toss until well combined.
You can omit the cabbage or lettuce and substitute other preferred vegetables.
This is easy to prepare and tasty.
