Tricolour Salad

Ingredients
  Leeks 100 Gram, trimmed and sliced into rings (4 Ounce)
  Red pepper 100 Gram, cored seeded diced (4 Ounce)
  Oranges 8 Ounce, peeled and cut into quartered slices (225 G)
  Chopped dill 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Plain unsweetened yogurt 150 Milliliter (0.25 Pint)
  Clear honey 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Combine the prepared leeks, red pepper and oranges in a serving dish.
2. Blend together the dill, parsley, yogurt, honey and pepper and pour over the salad.
