Sesame Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Tender spinach leaves 1⁄4 Kilogram
  Sesame paste 2 Tablespoon
  Chili oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Pour boiling water over spinach leaves and keep for 10 minutes.
Drain and chop finely.
Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
Add spinach and toss well.
Chill before serving.
