Korean Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Potatoes 5 Large
  Apple 1
  Korean pear 1
  Stalk celery 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Boil the potatoes (do not overcook). Cool down the potatoes without water and let sit for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add potatoes and other dry ingredients to the dressing. Mix well. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
