Cut fruits in half.
Remove fruit in bite sized pieces.
Reserve all juice.
Clean out shells and save the best four.
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add hot water and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Mix with other ingredients and reserved juice.
Put into each shell which has been cut in half again and serve with the following Mustard Dressing: Mix together everything except cream and cook until thickened.
Cool and add sour or whipped cream.
