Four Fruit Salad
|Orange||1 , peeled and cut into quartered slices|
|Grapefruit||1 , peeled and segmented and each segment cut in half (Preferably The Pink Variety)|
|Black grapes||225 Gram, halved and pipped (Around 8 ounce Of White Or Black Variety)|
|Melon||450 Gram, skin removed and flesh cut into balls or small cubes (Around 1 pound)|
|Finely chopped mint||2 Teaspoon|
1. Either arrange the different fruits in piles on individual plates and sprinkle with mint, or combine all the ingredients in a serving dish.
2. Allow to stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
