Cherry Pineapple Salad
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sweet cherries||1⁄2 Pound, pitted (Dark Variety)|
|Salad greens||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1 Teaspoon|
Remove rind from pineapple and cut into chunks.
Place pineapple in shallow dish; sprinkle with sugar.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, drain pineapple.
Arrange pineapple and cherries on greens.
Drizzle dressing over fruit and sprinkle with blue cheese.
