Cucumber Salad With Yogurt

Ingredients
  Peeled and diced cucumber 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Garlic cloves 2 Small, pressed
  Dried mint 2 Tablespoon, crumbled
  Salt To Taste
  Mint 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Place the cucumbers in a mixing bowl.
Add the yogurt mixed with the garlic, mint and salt.
Mix and chill.
Serve the salad in individual bowls or cups, garnished with the fresh mint.
This salad is especially refreshing on hot summer days.
