Ginger Fruit Salad
|Nut meats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seedless white grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crystallized ginger||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Lime french dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Core apples and dice without peeling.
Sprinkle with lemon juice at once to prevent discoloration.
Add sliced bananas, orange sections, stemmed grapes, chopped nut meats and chopped ginger.
Serve on watercress with Lime French Dressing
