Ingredients
  Grated carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mandarin orange sections/Tangerine sections 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt/Sour cream, or mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
