Healthy Chicken Salad

This less than 250 cal meal is perfect for your light lunch. Katrina shows the easy method to prepare this delicious salad.
  Diced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crasins 1 Tablespoon
  Miracle whip 1 Tablespoon
  Almonds 2 Tablespoon

In a large bowl combine the chicken with the whip. Mix well and then add remaining ingredients. Serve the salad on whole-grain bread slices.
