Peanut Butter Salad Dressing
|Peanut butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Peanut oil/Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1 Dash|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rice vinegar/White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced scallion||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
In small saucepan combine peanut butter, oil, and red pepper; heat, stirring constantly, until the consistency of smooth paste.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
