Peanut Butter Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice vinegar/White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Minced scallion 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
Directions

In small saucepan combine peanut butter, oil, and red pepper; heat, stirring constantly, until the consistency of smooth paste.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
