Ingredients
  Cooked macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lettuce head 1
  Sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery stalk 1
  Finely chopped scallions 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients and serve with a homemade salad dressing.
Use green goddess, mayonnaise, or a dressing of your choice.
