Wilted Lettuce Salad
|Torn red lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Torn iceberg lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Oil free italian salad dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large salad bowl; toss lightly, and set aside.
Place dressing in a 2-cup glass measure.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture boils.
Immediately pour over lettuce mixture, tossing until well coated.
