  Torn red lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Torn iceberg lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil free italian salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large salad bowl; toss lightly, and set aside.
Place dressing in a 2-cup glass measure.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture boils.
Immediately pour over lettuce mixture, tossing until well coated.
Serve immediately.
