Orange-Glazed Fruit Salad
|Grated orange rind||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened orange juice||6 Tablespoon|
|Strawberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened pineapple chunks||8 Ounce|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small non-aluminum saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat, and cook, stirring constanrly, until mixture thickens.
Cool slightly, refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened and thoroughly chilled.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Pour chilled dressing over fruit; toss gently.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
