Shredded Carrot Salad
|Shredded carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||24 Large, cut into halves (Green Variety)|
|Poppy seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Romaine lettuce/Iceberg leaves||4|
In bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves and walnuts; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves; top with walnuts.
