Ingredients
  Shredded carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Seedless grapes 24 Large, cut into halves (Green Variety)
  Mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon
  Poppy seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Romaine lettuce/Iceberg leaves 4
  Walnut 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

In bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves and walnuts; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves; top with walnuts.
