Rice And Almond Salad
|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Toasted almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), slivered|
Place the chilled rice in a chilled bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
Toss lightly and serve at once on lettuce.
