Rice And Almond Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Toasted almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), slivered
Directions

Place the chilled rice in a chilled bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
Toss lightly and serve at once on lettuce.
