Ingredients
  Canned hearts of palm 14 Ounce, thinly sliced (About 2 Cups)
  Thin radish slices 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Bottled horseradish 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 4
Directions

Drain 1 (14-oz.) can hearts of palm and slice contents thin.
Combine with 2 cups thin radish slices and 1/4 cup chopped parsley and toss lightly.
Combine 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon drained, bottled horseradish and 1 teaspoon salt, mixing well.
Add to palm and radish mixture and stir gently.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
