Hearts Of Palm And Radish Salad
|Canned hearts of palm||14 Ounce, thinly sliced (About 2 Cups)|
|Thin radish slices||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled horseradish||1 Tablespoon, drained|
Drain 1 (14-oz.) can hearts of palm and slice contents thin.
Combine with 2 cups thin radish slices and 1/4 cup chopped parsley and toss lightly.
Combine 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon drained, bottled horseradish and 1 teaspoon salt, mixing well.
Add to palm and radish mixture and stir gently.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
