Turkey Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Boneless skinless cooked turkey 6 Ounce, chilled and diced
  Cooked long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled
  Diced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Red bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Diced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Dijon style mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Romaine lettuce leaves/Iceberg / loose leafed lettuce leaves 2
  Radish rose 2
Directions

In 1-quart bowl combine turkey, rice, celery, onion, and red pepper.
In small bowl thoroughly combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, and seasonings; pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled; toss again just before serving.
Serve on lettuce leaves, garnished with radish rose.
