Ingredients
  Spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Thinly sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In salad bowl combine spinach and mushrooms.
In small bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over spinach mixture and toss gently to combine.
