|Dried thyme||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Diced cooked turkey breast||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Diced apple||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned unsweetened pineapple tidbits||8 Ounce|
|Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||2 Tablespoon|
Combine first 6 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
Combine turkey, celery, apple, grapes, and pineapple in a large bowl; add cottage cheese mixture, tossing gently.
Arrange lettuce leaves in a large serving bowl; spoon salad into bowl.
Sprinkle with almonds.
