Minted Pear Green Salad
|Spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Torn romaine lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Iceberg lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Creamy mint dressing||1 Tablespoon|
Combine spinach, Romaine, and iceberg lettuce in a large bowl, and toss gently.
Cover and chill.
Divide salad greens among individual serving plates.
Dip pear wedges in lemon juice, and arrange over salad greens.
Serve with 1 1/2 tablespoons Creamy Mint Dressing per serving.
