Spinach-Radicchio Salad is simply irresistible, to say the least! Try this Spinach-Radicchio Salad; I am sure you'll have a huge fan following for this one.
Ingredients
  Radicchio 1⁄4 Pound
  Spinach 1⁄2 Pound
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet red pepper 1
  Pitted ripe olives 8
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine radicchio, spinach, mushrooms, red pepper, and olives in individual salad bowls.
Cover, chill until serving rime.
Combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper in a glass jar, cover rightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour mixture evenly over salads.
Sprinkle each salad with 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese before serving.
