Pasta Pine Nut Salad

Pasta Pine Nut Salad is a delicious salad version. An easy to make salad recipe, you will simply find this recipe both mouth-watering and amazingly tempting.
  Fusilli 4 Ounce
  Broccoli flowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Medium
  Chopped green onion 14 Cup (224 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 3 Ounce
  Italian salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Dried basil/Tablespoon minced fresh basil 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Leaf lettuce 8
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
Drain and let cool.
Cook broccoli in a vegetable steamer over boiling water 7 minutes or until crisp render.
Drain and let cool.
Combine pasta, broccoli, green pepper, green onion, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
Combine salad dressing, vinegar, Parmesan, basil, and garlic in a small bowl, stirring well.
Pour over pasta mixture; toss gently.
Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
To serve, spoon mixture onto a lettuce-lined plotter or bowl with a slotted spoon.
Sprinkle with pine nuts.
