Adrak-Nimbu Salad

  Ginger 50 Gram
  Limes 4

Peel the ginger.
Wash it.
Cut it into slicesCut the slices into sticks.
Put into the glass jar.
Wash the limes.
Cut them in half.
Using the lemon squeezer, squeeze the juice over the ginger sticks.
Use just as much as is needed to cover them.
Put the lid on the jar, shake it and leave to stand.
If you do this in the morning, by dinner time the ginger sticks will have turned pinkish and will be ready to eat.
Till it lasts, keep this digestive in the fridge.
