Hot Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3
  Onion 1 Medium
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 6 Drop
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, around two cups of pieces
  Avocados 2 Medium, around two cups of pieces
  Snipped coriander/Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Fry bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until crisp.
Remove from skillet and drain; crumble and reserve.
Cook and stir onion in bacon fat until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper sauce; heat to boiling.
Pour over tomatoes, avocados and coriander; toss until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with reserved bacon.
