Hot Avocado Salad
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red pepper sauce||6 Drop|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, around two cups of pieces|
|Avocados||2 Medium, around two cups of pieces|
|Snipped coriander/Cilantro||1 Tablespoon|
Fry bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until crisp.
Remove from skillet and drain; crumble and reserve.
Cook and stir onion in bacon fat until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper sauce; heat to boiling.
Pour over tomatoes, avocados and coriander; toss until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with reserved bacon.
