A yummy Santa Fe beef and hot pepper salad recipe just for you. A delicious combination of succulent beef and hot pepper. This salad is a wonderful treat that is worth all the effort. A complete meal for your in between hunger pangs. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Chunky salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Thick)
  Fat free sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Land O Lakes)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pitted ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 8 Ounce, torn (6 Cups)
  Sliced deli 97% fat free roast beef 1⁄2 Pound, cut into julienne strips
  Reduced fat reduced sodium american cheese slice 1⁄4 Pound, cubed (1/2 Inch Thick, Alpine Lace Deli)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into wedges
  Onion slices 2 , thin, separated into rings
  Chopped jalapeno 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine salsa, sour cream and chili powder in small bowl until well mixed.

Combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss lightly. Serve with dressing.
