|Pimento strips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad greens||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
Drain orange sections very well.
Put them in salad bowl with onion rings, pimento and salad greens and toss together very lightly.
Drizzle olive oil all over and toss lightly.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and freshly-ground pepper.
Add vinegar and toss again.
