Nutrela Mince And Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Diced cooked potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Oil vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper powder To Taste
  Curry powder To Taste
  Cooked beans 100 Gram
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Capsicum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Nutrela granules 250 Gram
  Hard boiled egg 2
  Sliced tomato 1
Directions

Pour dressing over the potatoes and toss.
Chill.
Stir in baked beans and mayonnaise Add the rest of the ingredients along with more seasoning if required.
Press into a mould.
Chill several hours before serving.
Garnish with sliced eggs and tomatoes.
Nutrela granules must be cooked seperately so that it resembles mince.
Non-veg.
can use cooked chicken mince instead.
