Hearty Tuna Salad
Cook one 10-ounce package frozen Italian green beans according to package directions; drain and cool.
Combine beans; one 6 1/2- or 7-ounce can tuna, drained and flaked; 1 cup thinly sliced celery; 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce; and dash garlic powder.
Before serving, add 1 cup chow mein noodles to tuna mixture; toss together lightly.
Serve tuna salad in lettuce cups.
