Salad With Pineapple And Marshmallows
|Pineapple||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Almond slivers||150 Gram|
|Whipped cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Mix together pineapple, marshmellows and almond slivers and refrigrate over night.
â–¡ Next day, make the dressing - Add the egg yolks, sugar, and vinegar and cook until thick.
This dressing with the whipped cream is added to the salad mixture and put into a fancy mould.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Garnish with cherries, and pour a cup of orange juice over the salad.
