|Iceberg lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
Wash and cut lettuce into large pieces.
Put on a serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
Make the dressing by liquidising all the ingredients.
Season the sauce and spoon over the lettuce.
Serve the rest seperately.
