Herbed Tomato & Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Mozzarella cheese slices/Reduced fat, reduced sodium provolone cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut into 3/4-inch cubes (3 Medium, Seeded)
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1/4-inch slices (2 Small)
  Chopped basil 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
Directions

Combine sugar, lemon juice and vinegar in small bowl.
Combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and cheese; mix lightly. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
