Banana Raisin And Peanut Salad

  Bananas 2
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper To Taste
  Desiccated coconut 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Yogurt/Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Roasted peanuts 125 Gram
  Capsico/Chillico 1 Dash
  Chopped spring onions 1 Bunch (100 gm)

Peel and slice the bananas.
Put into a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add all the other ingredients except the peanuts Stir in the peanuts and serve at once.
This salad tastes especially good with spicy dishes.
