Crab Louis

Ingredients
  Lump crabmeat 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Boston lettuce/Romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Scallion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Milk 2 Tablespoon (Use if required) (Optional)
  Hard boiled egg 4 , peeled and quatered
  Tomato 2 Large, peeled and cut in 8 pieces 4 individual bowls
Directions

Method Arrange lettuce in bowls and pile crab meat on top.
For dressing: combine all ingredients and season to taste.
Dilute dressing with a little milk if necessary; spoon over crab meat.
Ar- range the pieces of egg and tomato around the edge of the bowls.
