Moulded Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced onion 1 Large
  Raw rice 200 Gram
  Tomato 1 Large
  Chili sauce 3 Drop
  Mushrooms 6
  Red radish 3
  Spring onions 3
Directions

Pour oil in a pan and fry the onion until brown.
Add the raw rice and fry for a few mins., stirring all the time until brown Season and allow to cook until the rice is ready.
Set aside.
Add sliced tomato to this mixture and some chilli powder or a few drops of chilli sauce.
Slice and fry the mushooms.
Line a deep mould or soufle dish with a little butter.
Arrange the sliced fried mushrooms in the base and spoon the rice mixture on top.
Press down and chill.
Turn out on to a flat dish so that the mushrooms can be seen clearly on top.
Serve with red radish and spring onions as garnish.
