Avocado And Carrot Salad

Ingredients
  Carrots 350 Gram
  Raisins 50 Gram
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Ripe avocado/Apple 2
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 4 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped roasted almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix together the carrots, raisins and half the lemon juice.
Peel and dice the avocado, sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice and add to the carrots Season and put into a serving dish.
Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, ginger and add seasoning.
Spoon over salad and sprinkle with almonds.
