|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3|
|Torn leaf lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Torn romaine lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cucumber slices||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|French dressing||4 Tablespoon|
Sprinkle salad bowl lightly with salt and rub all over with cut sides ot garlic.
Chop 2 of the eggs and slice the other.
Put leaf lettuce, romaine, onions, radishes, cucumber, cauliflower and chopped eggs in bowl and toss together lightly.
Add enough dressing to just coat vegetables and toss lightly.
Garnish with tomatoes and egg slices.
