Lettuce Wedges With Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Blue cheese 3 Tablespoon, crumbled
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Iceberg lettuce 6
Directions

Blend vinegar into cheese gradually with a fork until creamy and smooth.
Add salt, pepper and paprika.
Add oil gradually, beating with fork until all oil is added and mixture is well blended.
Spoon over lettuce wedges at servirg time.
