Winter Salad Bowl
|Grated raw carrot||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lettuce head||1 Medium|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine carrots, onion, celery, olives, salt and pepper in bowl.
Pour French dressing over and let stand 30 minutes or until serving time.
Add head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces, and mayonnaise at serving time.
