Orange-Onion Salad

Ingredients
  Oranges 3 Large
  Bermuda onion/Spanish onion 1 Large
  Piquant dressing 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lettuce 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Layer orange and onion slices in glass dish.
Sprinkle onion lightly with salt and pepper.
Pour Piquant Dressing over all, cover and chill well, turning slices once during chilling.
Alternate slices of orange and onion on lettuce at serving time.
Spoon a little of the dressing over each and pass remaining.
