Easy Vegan Recipes: Detox Kale Power Salad

Todays recipe features a raw kale base and plenty of fun flavors that packed with protein. If you subtract the garbanzo beans and tofu, its also raw! Dont get caught up in the ingredient list, use what you have on hand!

Ingredients

Kale 1 Bunch (100 gm) , veins removed, chopped
Baked tofu 100 Gram , cubed
Sprouts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cucumber 1/2 Medium , peeled, chopped
Raw pumpkin seeds 2 Tablespoon
Pre made chickpea salad
Cherry tomato 5 Medium , cut in half
Mushroom 2 Medium , cut into chunks
Hummus 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

SERVING

2. Serve the salad cold and fresh.
