Fresh Fruit Salad
A very healthy fruit salad what will make you want more...
|Strawberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Blueberries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Kiwifruit||1⁄4 , sliced (peeled)|
|Bananas||1⁄4 , sliced|
|Seedless grapes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved|
|Vanilla yogurt||1⁄8 Can (1.25 oz)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
In a large salad bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas and grapes. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Serve with fruit.
