Orange Spinach Salad
|Green apple||1 , cored and cut into thin wedges|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Spinach||1 Pound, torn into bite-size pieces|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Bacon slices||6 , cooked and crumbled|
|Canned frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Toss apple wedges in lemon juice; drain.
Combine apple wedges and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
Combine orange juice concentrate and mayonnaise; stir until smooth.
Serve with salad.
