Orange Spinach Salad

  Green apple 1 , cored and cut into thin wedges
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Spinach 1 Pound, torn into bite-size pieces
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Bacon slices 6 , cooked and crumbled
  Canned frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Toss apple wedges in lemon juice; drain.
Combine apple wedges and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
Combine orange juice concentrate and mayonnaise; stir until smooth.
Serve with salad.
