Crunchy Pear Salad
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Dried whole tarragon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lettuce leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Sprinkle pear halves with lemon juice.
Combine cream cheese, milk, and tarragon; beat until smooth.
Stir in celery and dates.
Spoon one-sixth of cheese mixture on each pear half.
Arrange on a lettuce-lined platter; sprinkle with walnuts.
Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
