Molded Sour Cream And Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lime flavored gelatin 6 Ounce
  Sour cream 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Large, seeded and finely chopped
  Cucumbers 2 Large, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
  Minced parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Part Of Green Tops)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour boiling water over gelatin, and stir to dissolve. Cool. Add sour cream and stir until smooth; add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until set (several hours or overnight). Serve on lettuce leaf, if desired.
