Layered Strawberry-Nut Salad
|Strawberry gelatin||6 Ounce|
|Frozen strawberries||28 Ounce|
|Bananas||3 , mashed|
|Canned crushed pineapple||1 Pound (4 Ounce)|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Sour cream||1 Pint|
Combine gelatin and 1 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved.
Thaw berries slightly.
Add strawberries, bananas, drained pineapple and walnuts.
Place half the mixture in 9 x 9-inch pan; chill until firm.
Spread sour cream evenly over top; carefully spoon on remaining strawberry mixture.
Chill until firm.
