Jellied Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Plain gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Mashed avocado 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 3 Drop
  Chopped pimento 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak gelatine in cold water; then dissolve in boiling water.
Add lemon juice and other ingredients, blend well together, pour into wet mold or individual molds and chill until firm.
